Aleisha Sinele is an experienced educator with a focus on social studies and U.S. history. Currently serving as a Social Studies Teacher at Champaign Unit 4 Schools since August 2018 and U.S. History Teacher at Urbana Middle School since July 2016, Aleisha brings a blend of classroom experience from previous roles, including a Social Studies Student Teacher position at Hinsdale Township High School District 86 in early 2016. Aleisha's early involvement in education includes serving as an Orientation Student Coordinator at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an intern with CompTIA. Additionally, experience as a Program Assistant with SEASPAR provided foundational skills in educational program support. Aleisha holds a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a high school diploma from Downers Grove South High School.
