Champaign Unit 4 Schools
Gary Pinkerton is an experienced educator with a distinguished career in teaching and substitute education. Pinkerton served as a teacher at Edison Middle School from August 1997 until May 2017 before transitioning to a role as a substitute teacher for Champaign Unit 4 Schools, beginning in September 2017. Pinkerton holds a Master of Education from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and U.S. History from Wabash College. Additionally, Pinkerton is recognized as a National Board Certified Teacher by the National Board For Professional Teaching Standards.
