Sunny McMurry

Sunny McMurry has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Instructional Coach at Champaign Unit 4 Schools since June 2019 and as a Clinical Experiences Specialist at the College of Education, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign since August 2012. In these roles, Sunny coordinates early field and student teaching placements, trains clinical supervisors, and collaborates with faculty to enhance classroom experiences for pre-service teachers. Additional experience includes teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, supervising student teachers, and working in various teaching capacities within school districts. Sunny holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Organization and Leadership, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, all from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
