Tiarra Baker

Tiarra Baker is a dedicated educator currently serving as a STEAM Teacher at Champaign Unit 4 Schools since August 2023. Tiarra has extensive experience in the educational field, including roles as an Organizer at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where activities for STEM nights were developed and inventory management was conducted for the VolsTeach Material's Library. Tiarra also has experience as a Tutor in Math, Japanese, and Educational Psychology, as well as a Mentor for research initiatives. Previous teaching roles include Math Teacher at Knox County Schools and Student Teacher at Farragut High School, coupled with experience as an Instructor at Mathnasium. Tiarra’s background includes certifications in lifeguarding and swimming instruction, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
