Krista Peterson has extensive experience in the transportation and customer service sectors, currently serving as an Operator for Champaign Urbana Mass Transit District since January 2023. Krista has also been an Independent Representative for Zyia Active since April 2019, promoting an active lifestyle brand. Krista's prior roles at Wolfram from December 2008 to December 2023 include Travel Specialist, Travel & Event Specialist, Senior Event Specialist, and Account Support Specialist, where Krista managed travel coordination, event planning, and lead support. Additional experience includes serving as a Front of House Server at Fieldhouse 219, Premium Seating Attendant for University of Illinois Athletics, Medical Education Coordinator at ABcomm, Inc., Travel Counselor at Rio Grande's Franklin Travel, and Lead Gate Agent at American Airlines. Krista holds a Certificate in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Southeastern Academy of Travel & Tourism, earned in 1990.
