Joana Caetano

Joana Caetano has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare. Joana started their career in 2001 as a Técnica Superior de Saúde at Centro de Histocompatibilidade do Centro in Coimbra. From 2005 to 2022, they worked at IPO Lisboa as a Técnica Superior de Saúde. In 2012, they joined LABCO DIAGNOSTICS as a Técnica Superior de Saúde and worked until 2022. In 2019, they became the Head of Clinical Flow Lab - Hemato-Oncology Unit at Champalimaud Foundation. In 2022, they joined dioscope as a Formador de especialidade.

Joana Caetano has a diverse education history. Joana has pursued a PhD in Health Sciences at FCM - Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Biology at Universidade de Coimbra. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Coimbra. Furthermore, Joana Caetano has also pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Laboratory Medicine at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
