Mariana Duarte

Mariana Duarte is currently a Research Fellow at Champalimaud Foundation, working on their Master's thesis at the Natural Intelligence Lab. Prior to this, Mariana held a position as a Médico at ACES Amadora. Mariana also participated in the Neuromatch Academy as a Student in computational neuroscience. In the past, Mariana worked as a Medical Doctor at Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Ocidental and completed a clinical internship in Neurosurgery at Landspitali University Hospital. Additionally, Mariana gained research experience at Deutsches Herzzentrum München des Freistaates Bayern, focusing on the culture and differentiation of human cardiac iPS cells.
