Dylan Glubb

Senior Research Officer at QIMR Berghofer

Dylan Glubb is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in academic and medical research institutes. Currently serving as an Honorary Associate Professor at The University of Queensland and an Adjunct Associate Professor at QUT, Dylan has held the position of Senior Research Officer at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute since 2013. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Chicago, focusing on genetic variants associated with cancer outcomes and angiogenesis. Additionally, Dylan's research includes a fellowship at the University of Otago, investigating the genetic factors related to inflammatory bowel disease and Crohn's disease, as well as early career work in protein engineering at Antisoma Research Ltd. Dylan earned a PhD in Pharmacogenomics from the University of Otago, and holds an M.Sc. (Hons) in Cellular & Molecular Biology and a B.Sc. in Plant & Microbial Sciences and Biochemistry from the University of Canterbury.
