Krystle Whittaker has over 14 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Barista and Customer Service representative at Muffin Break from 2007 to 2010. Krystle then joined Champion Data in 2011 as a Data Capture employee, responsible for capturing statistical match data for the South Australian Football League (SANFL) competitions. In 2015, they were promoted to AFL Operations Assistant, where they led a team of 30+ casual employees and managed the recruitment, training, and reporting processes. In 2017, they became a Business Manager at Champion Data, before transitioning to a role in People and Culture - Project Delivery in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategic Projects at Champion Data, where they are responsible for overseeing and managing strategic projects within the company.

Krystle Whittaker pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with their Bachelor of Business degree in Management at RMIT University. Krystle attended RMIT from 2009 to 2011, acquiring a solid foundation in business and management principles.

Following their undergraduate studies, Krystle proceeded to Deakin University, where they pursued a Master of Business degree in Sport Management. This program spanned from 2012 to 2014, allowing their to gain specialized knowledge and skills in the field of sport management.
