Judy Payen D'Agostino

Judy Payen D'Agostino serves as the Director of Strategic Projects at Greencore, where responsibilities include supporting the executive team in developing and implementing overall Group strategy. Prior to this role, Judy held several positions at McKinsey & Company, starting as a Summer Associate and progressing to Associate and then Senior Engagement Manager, leading teams and delivering projects across diverse industries. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for Barclaycard Payment Solutions, where Judy partnered with management on strategic initiatives and performance tracking, as well as roles in risk analysis and graduate program management at Barclays. Educational achievements include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Arts with Honours in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh.
