Ed King

Ed King has over 20 years of experience in the modular housing industry. Ed has held various roles, including Director of Product Design at Champion Home Builders, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they were the National Design Manager at Cavco Industries, Inc. from 2020 to 2023, where they were responsible for developing products and pricing to meet consumer demands. From 2010 to 2020, they served as the Regional Project Design Manager at Allied Modular Building Systems, Inc., focusing on B2B sales and customer relationship management. Ed also has experience as a Design Manager at Fleetwood Enterprises and Clayton Homes, where they facilitated meetings among departments and analyzed products and competitive environments. Ed began their career at American Homestar Corporation as a Design Manager, developing innovative product designs and coordinating with manufacturing centers.

Ed King has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University. Ed also holds a Master of Public Administration degree, which they obtained from California State University-San Bernardino.
