Josiah Ingels

Josiah Ingels, CPD, currently serves as the Customer Relationship Management Manager at Champions Centre since May 2020, utilizing agile project management techniques to align IT projects with organizational goals and enhance data collection processes. Previously, Josiah held the position of Guest Services Program Manager at the same organization, where leadership efforts were directed toward ensuring exceptional guest experiences across various teams. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager and Senior Project Manager with the 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) U.S. Army, leading well-being initiatives and operational efficiency programs for a global personnel base. Josiah also contributed as Project Manager within the US Army, focusing on improving communication systems and managing resources in challenging environments. Josiah holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management along with a Google Project Management Professional certification.
