Creshanda Riley

Certified National Touchpoints Trainer at Champions for Children

Creshanda Riley currently serves as a Quality Specialist at Parents as Teachers National Center since June 2023. With extensive experience at Champions for Children since March 2012, Creshanda has held multiple roles, including Certified National Touchpoints Trainer, Parent Educator Quality Assurance Specialist, and Supervisor. In these roles, responsibilities included coordinating training, mentoring, strategic planning with funding contracts, generating data reports, maintaining program evaluations, and ensuring quality assurance through the Plan Do Study Act model. Creshanda holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Master of Science in Human Services from Capella University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bethune-Cookman University.
