George Well Jaganathan

George Well Jaganathan has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and Recruitment. George started their career at Adecco in 2010 as an IT Recruitment Consultant, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and coordinating with HR teams. In 2012, they joined Quess Corp Limited as an Assistant Manager for HR and Admin, where they gained experience in IT Recruitment and HR & Admin functions. George worked on employee induction training, maintained employee databases, and facilitated new joiners' joining formalities. George then returned to Adecco in 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant. Most recently, they joined Lake B2B - The World's Leader in Data-Research Innovation in 2022 as part of their HR Operations team.

George Well Jaganathan attended St Joseph's College in Trichy from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a field of study in Human Resources Management. During the same period, they also attended YWCA in Trichy, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
