Joseph Duncan, PE, F.NSPE serves as the General Manager of Champlain Water District since February 2016, overseeing all operations and contributing to the organization’s recognition as an award-winning water supplier. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Director of Projects & Programs/Chief Engineer, where responsibilities included the design, construction, and maintenance of water system facilities. From September 1998 to February 2016, Joseph worked as a Senior Engineer at Aldrich + Elliott, PC, focusing on water resources engineering projects, including water treatment and distribution systems. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont.
