Mark Punzalan

Mark Punzalan is a prominent legal professional serving as a Partner and Head of Litigation at Chan + Punzalan since January 2018. In addition to this role, Mark is a Guest Faculty member for the Trial Advocacy Workshop at Stanford Law School, and active in various committees, including the Planning Committee for the California Minority Counsel Program. Mark holds multiple leadership positions within the Bar Association of San Francisco, including on the Executive Committee for the Intellectual Property Section and as Chair of the Judiciary Committee. Mark's extensive experience also includes serving as a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Council and holding the presidency of the APABA Silicon Valley. Mark's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
