Amine Raounak is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, security engineering, and system architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Trusted Advisor to the CIO and CISO at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services since April 2019, Amine also holds the position of Director of Cloud Digital Strategy & Governance. At the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Amine leads the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Engineering team, focusing on the design and governance of a large AI ML GPU cluster for non-profit research. Previously, Amine has held significant roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Bloomberg LP, and Capital One, among others, showcasing expertise in site reliability, cloud migration, and application security. Amine possesses a Master's in Management of Information Systems and a BBA in International Business from Virginia International University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the International Institute of Higher Education in Morocco.
