Courtney Hansen

Courtney Hansen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic initiatives, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since May 2020. Prior roles at the same organization included Operations Manager and Operations Associate, where notable contributions included founding the Women's Impact Network, a diversity and inclusion initiative that grew to over 150 members. Courtney also served as Deputy Operations Director for Pete for America and held multiple positions at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, including Executive Assistant to the President of Policy & Advocacy. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington, complemented by minors in Human Rights and Law, Society, and Justice.
