Dalia Rubiano Yedidia

Dalia Rubiano Yedidia is an experienced leader in capacity building and community engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager of Capacity Building at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since June 2021. In this role, Dalia oversees capacity building programs and grant strategies, with a focus on organizational development for housing grantees and community land trusts. Previous work includes serving as a Women's Rights Historic Context Statement Intern for the City and County of San Francisco, where Dalia contributed to an impactful report on women’s rights history. Dalia has held research positions at the Othering & Belonging Institute and the Urban Displacement Project, and has a background in organizing as demonstrated through roles at Forward Together and Mujeres Unidas y Activas. Dalia's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Chicago.
