Gia Young

Gia Young is an experienced design program manager currently working at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since June 2024. Prior to this role, Gia served as a Senior Design Program Manager for Design Systems at Instacart from May 2021 to January 2024, focusing on improving horizontal programs and standardizing processes across the design organization, while also leading employee resource groups centered on product inclusion and accessibility.
