Andre Javier-Barry

Andre Javier-Barry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and program design. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Design Manager at VEIC since January 2024, Andre leads community-driven initiatives focusing on energy equity and efficiency. Previously, as an Account Manager at the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility, Andre worked with commercial real estate firms to implement energy efficiency measures, while also providing substantial business development support at D+R International in various roles, including Senior Account Manager and Program Manager. Andre has a strong foundation in promoting energy efficiency from earlier positions, including Program Specialist at the District Department of the Environment and Development Coordinator at Jesuit Volunteers International. Andre holds a B.S. in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, completed in 1997.
