Earlier career roles encompassed positions at Blackbaud, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Delmar-Cengage Learning, and Dun & Bradstreet, marked by significant revenue growth and recognition for excellence in marketing and sales. Kate is pursuing a Certificate in Change Management from Cornell University and holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University at Albany, along with a BA in English Literature from St. Lawrence University.
