Kate Brousseau

Kate Brousseau, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Curriculum and School Development at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies and aligning product development with K12 educational cycles. With two decades of experience at Pearson, Kate held several key positions, including VP of Customer Success and VP of Customer Experience, where achievements included scaling customer success functions and enhancing customer loyalty across diverse education markets. Earlier career roles encompassed positions at Blackbaud, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Delmar-Cengage Learning, and Dun & Bradstreet, marked by significant revenue growth and recognition for excellence in marketing and sales. Kate is pursuing a Certificate in Change Management from Cornell University and holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University at Albany, along with a BA in English Literature from St. Lawrence University.
