Kellie Lam

Kellie Lam is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in community engagement and operational project execution. Currently working at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since September 2022, Kellie manages broad operational projects and drives improvements in grantmaking and capacity building. Previously at IAVI, Kellie held various roles including Project Specialist, Senior Project Associate, and Executive Administrative Associate, where responsibilities included coordinating project milestones and supporting HR operations. Earlier experiences include internships focused on event planning and communications at organizations such as Blue Sky Bridge, WorldDenver, and Greenhouse Scholars. Kellie holds a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, where foundational skills in teamwork and adaptability were developed.
