Chancen International
Michelle Ntukanyagwe currently serves as the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture, a role held since April 2019. In addition, Michelle is an Advisory Board Member of CHANCEN International since May 2024, contributing leadership and expertise. Previously, from October 2015 to March 2019, Michelle held the position of Head of Policy, Planning, Research, and Fund Management at the Higher Education Council of Rwanda and has significant experience as a Senior Social Policy Advisor within the Office of the President of Rwanda from January 2006 to October 2015. Michelle's academic background includes a Master of Philosophy in Development Policy and Practice from the University of Cape Town and participation in the Fulbright-Hubert Humphrey Fellowship at Syracuse University's Maxwell School, focusing on public policy and public-private partnerships.
