Ryan Monis

Ryan Monis has a diverse work experience in the law enforcement field. Ryan started their career as a Police Officer at Fowler Police Department in 1993 and eventually became a Full Time Officer. In 1997, they moved to the Desert Hot Springs Police Department where they served as a Detective, conducting investigations related to homicides, gangs, drug crimes, and violent crimes. Ryan also worked as a Task Force Officer with the Coachella Valley Narcotics Task Force and had additional responsibilities as a Police K-9 handler, Training Officer, and Watch Commander.

In 2002, Monis joined the Riverside County Sheriff's Department as a Detective, Gang Task Force Officer, and Field Training Officer. Ryan specialized in conducting complex investigations related to violent crimes and murders within the gang community of the Coachella Valley. Ryan was also utilized as a Gang Expert on numerous occasions.

Monis later became a Retired Senior Investigator III at the Riverside County District Attorney's Office in 2006, where they were a founding member of the Riverside County District Attorney's Gang Impact Team. This team was a multi-agency state and federal task force, cross-sworn with the US Marshal Service. They tracked the most violent wanted subjects in Southern California and conducted complex investigations into organized crime, the Mexican Mafia, various criminal street gangs, and Mexican Cartels. The team was cross-designated with Homeland Security (HSI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Safe Streets Task Force.

Currently, Monis is working as the Chief of Security Operations for Chandi Group USA. Their responsibilities include overseeing the company stores throughout the Coachella Valley and San Bernardino County, such as AMPM, Circle K, Pilot, Subway, Dairy Queen, Go Go Carwash, and Del Taco. Ryan also oversees the company's video surveillance system to enhance safety and security for both employees and customers.

Ryan Monis attended California Coast University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. The duration of their education and any previous schooling history are not provided.
