Julie Hughes

Julie Hughes is an experienced finance professional with a strong focus on short-term fixed income investments. Currently serving as SVP and Portfolio Strategist at Chandler Asset Management since April 2014, Julie builds and maintains relationships with institutional clients while managing fixed income portfolios. Prior to this role, Julie was SVP and Portfolio Manager at D. A. Davidson, where expertise in structured products and credit analysis was applied to institutional investment management from August 2007 to April 2014. Julie also served as SVP-Derivatives Advisor at Sound Capital Management, specializing in interest rate swaps and derivatives from June 2004 to July 2007. Julie holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
