Jessica Carter LPC, TCTSY-F, C-AAIS is an experienced mental health professional based in Gilbert, Arizona, with a focus on serving first responders, veterans, and their families. Currently, Jessica serves as a Peer Support Counselor at Mesa Fire and Medical Department since March 2022 and as the Owner/Clinical Counselor at JCarter Counseling, PLLC since November 2020.
