Megan Bennett

Megan Bennett is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Payroll Manager at Chandler Hospitality Group since September 2019, with expertise in payroll, benefits, employee relations, and talent management. Prior to this role, Megan worked as an HR Generalist and Internal Auditor at RibCrib from May 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities included payroll management, employee benefits, and internal audits. Megan began the career at Outback Steakhouse as a Certified Trainer from February 2008 to May 2012, focusing on employee onboarding and customer service. Academically, Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and a Bachelor's Degree in General Business from Oklahoma State University, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Tulsa Community College.
