Gwen Mattes

Gwen Mattes is an experienced Human Resources and Payroll Manager at Northstar since August 2022, where a strong commitment to supporting faculty and staff is evident. Previously, Gwen served as a Senior Consultant at HRMpact, Inc. since April 2012, and held the position of Director of Human Resources at Nexa from September 2019 to March 2021, where the opportunity to take on this role was embraced after years of consulting. Educational background includes attendance at American University from 1975 to 1979 and Whippany Park High School from 1971 to 1975.
