Don Alter

Don Alter currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Chandler Industries since April 2023. Prior to this role, Don held various positions at Chandler Industries, including President from April 2011 to April 2023 and Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer from January 2005 to April 2011. Don's earlier experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Tiechon Industries from 2000 to 2005 and at Newcor's Deco Technologies Division from 1997 to 2000. Don began a career in plant management at Deco Technologies- Deco Grand from 1989 to 2000. Don earned a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Industrial Management from Central Michigan University between 1999 and 2004.
