Sabine Capilitan

Sabine Capilitan has over 20 years of work experience in the corporate world. Sabine began their career in 1997 as a Financial Analyst at Bayer. In 2000, they moved to Cegedim as a Sales Operations & Training Project Manager. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Global Sales Operations Manager. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at CSS Inc. as both a Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. In 2020, they became an Independent Business Consultant at Capilitan Consulting, LLC and Chief Operating Officer at Chane Solutions. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for corporate administration and operations, strategic business development, project management, and operations process improvement services. Sabine has also managed sales commission plans and payments, compiled proposals and RFP requests, and trained new hires on CRM and sales process tools.

Sabine Capilitan attended The University of Memphis from 1984 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
