Natalie Attoh

Natalie Attoh is a seasoned professional in talent and learning solutions, currently serving as Head of Talent & Learning Solutions at CHANEL since September 2019. In this role, Natalie is responsible for the continuous improvement of talent and learning initiatives, collaborating closely with various teams to address shared needs. Prior to CHANEL, Natalie held significant positions at Starbucks as HR Project Manager EMEA, focusing on the deployment of recruitment systems across multiple stores, and at Telefónica, where efforts included HR transformation and the implementation of global HR systems. Natalie's career began with HR roles in organizations such as O2 and Veolia Water, following a BA(Hons) in French and Spanish from The University of Manchester.
