Pragati Sethia

Pragati Sethia is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Retail Learning and Development and Learning Ecosystem at CHANEL. With a robust background in talent management, Pragati has held multiple leadership positions at Levi Strauss & Co., including Director for Talent Management and Development across the Asia Pacific region, as well as Global Talent Management and Learning & Development Head for the same area. Prior experience includes roles at FedEx Express, where Pragati led Talent Management and Leadership Learning in the APAC and MEISA regions, and at Mphasis as Talent Development Manager for Global Learning & Development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Delhi University.
