The Company mainly provides IC packaging materials and devices, including sealant resins, conductive adhesives, non-conductive adhesives, lead frames, auto molding equipment, adjusting devices and molding equipment, as well as TFT-LCD materials, including chip on film (COF) substrates, light guide plates, optical films and others. The Company distributes its products within Taiwan market and to the rest of Asia.
