Viviana Castellanos is currently working as an Instructional Designer at Change Americas since September 2023. Prior to this, Viviana was a Service Designer/Researcher and graduate student at ZHdK Zürcher Hochschule der Künste from February 2020 to June 2021. With previous experience as the Manager of Special Events at LABORATORIOS BLACK VELVET from November 2016 to January 2017, Viviana holds a Master's degree in Interaction Design from ZHdK Zürcher Hochschule der Künste and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano.
