Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Senior Analyst at TSC.ai from February 2021 to August 2023, where support was provided to Fortune 500 clients on AI solutions tailored for ESG and sustainability challenges, with notable accomplishments in enhancing sustainable agricultural practices. Matthew's background includes distinguished military service as an Infantry Sergeant in the Singapore Armed Forces, where recognition was received for outstanding leadership and combat training. Academically, Matthew holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Japanese Culture & Languages and International Relations from the University of Oregon, complemented by a language exchange program at Waseda University and GCE "A" Levels from Tanglin Trust School.
