Phillip W. Roe

Mr. Roe is a member of the Change Healthcare board of directors. Previously, he served on the board of directors for legacy Change Healthcare from November 2015 to February 2017. He has served as a senior advisor to Martin Ventures, a private family-owned venture company, since April 2018, and was CEO of Martin Ventures from June 2015 to March 2018. Previously, Mr. Roe served as senior vice president, Finance of Tenet Healthcare from October 2013 to May 2015 following Tenet’s acquisition of Vanguard Health Systems. At Vanguard Health Systems, he served as the executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer from November 2007 until it was acquired by Tenet. Prior to that, he was senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of Vanguard Health Systems. Mr. Roe received a B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University and is a certified public accountant.
