Khrysteen A. Lucien has accumulated extensive experience in patient care and administrative roles since entering the workforce. Currently serving as a Patient Care Assistant at Change Incorporated since October 2016, Khrysteen has developed a strong foundation in healthcare. Previous roles include providing secretarial support at Howard McMillan & Tycz, LLC, where multiple stints occurred between 2014 and 2015. Early in the career, positions such as Gatehouse Attendant and Lounge Attendant at Post University and various roles at the YMCA and Keigwin Middle School highlight a commitment to mentorship and youth development. Khrysteen holds an LPN degree in Practical Nursing from Stone Academy-Hamden and has pursued education at multiple institutions, including Sir Arthur Lewis Community College and Post University, alongside completing high school at Middletown High School.

Change Incorporated was established in 2009, as a community based organization that provides recovery for mental health clients throughout the State of Connecticut. Change Inc. is Commissioned on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), a provider for Allied Community Resource Inc. and Advanced Behavioral Health. Our services are provided throughout the following counties within Connecticut: Litchfield, Hartford, Tolland, Windham, New London, Middlesex, and New Haven. Change Inc. provides daily assistance to individuals with many different disabilities by trained professionals that provide in-home services to help them live and enjoy a productive, independent, and fulfilling life.
