Mae Watson Grote

Mae Watson Grote is the founder and CEO of Change Machine, a company that helps organizations transform their cultures. Mae has also worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Change Machine, Public/Private Ventures, FoodChange, and the Community Food Resource Center. Mae has a long history of fighting for social justice and helping others. Mae is a paralegal by training and has worked on many civil rights cases. Mae is passionate about food justice and has worked on several projects to help low-income communities have better access to healthy food.

Mae Watson Grote has a JD from the City University of New York School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Theirtory from Rutgers University.
