Sian Rinaldi

Sian is a professional services consultant focusing on managing change in government environments. She has a passion for problem solving and is adept at working within complex and unstructured project settings and has a demonstrated track record in achieving in ambiguous environments. Sian is an astute communicator and applies the concepts of human centred design in an accessible and pragmatic way. Sian has a strong understanding of the Australian Public Service and how to effect change in challenging and bureaucratic environments as well as extensive experience leading volunteer groups.

A recent graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Sian also holds an MBA and a Master of Human Resource Management. She is passionate about encouraging genuine collaboration and leveraging technology opportunities to facilitate this. Sian provides a holistic approach to change and information design. She applies analytical ability, with creativity to design easily digested artefacts for a range of audiences, including executives and end users. Sian’s approach to operationalising change blends marketing, HR, sales and behavioural economics to create compelling narratives for end users.
