Irfan Hamid

Irfan Hamid is a Senior Software Engineer at Change.org since June 2019, specializing in scaling the Monetization infrastructure and previously collaborating with the Change.org Foundation engineering team. Prior to this role, Irfan served as a Software Engineer at Wipro Limited from December 2014 to May 2019, where significant contributions included enhancing a banking transaction handling service written in C++, achieving a 30-fold increase in handling speed and reduced failure rates, as well as assisting in the implementation of a libmemcached cluster. Irfan holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the School of Engineering & Technology, BGSB University, attained between 2010 and 2014.
