Vaida Gruzauskaite

Vaida Gruzauskaite is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the coffee and customer service industry, currently serving as an In-House Graphic Designer, Supervisor, and Mentor Barista at Change Please since March 2022. Vaida has demonstrated expertise in providing excellent customer service and training aspiring baristas. Previously, Vaida held the position of Store Manager at Bubble CiTea from July 2021 to August 2022, where a focus on high customer satisfaction and team motivation was paramount. Prior to that, experience included roles as Assistant Manager, Barista Maestro, and Barista at Costa Coffee from September 2017 to July 2021. Vaida's educational background includes UAL Level 3 and Level 2 Diplomas in Graphic Design from Westminster Adult Education Service, as well as a High School Diploma in General Studies from Kaunas Gediminas Sports and Health Gymnasium.
