Currently serving as the Managing Director of Change4Profit Limited since March 2011, Henry also held the position of Director of Content Development at Bray Leino Events until December 2024, focusing on technical content for high-profile events in various sectors. As the founder and Chairman of Fenturi, Henry successfully led the acquisition and eventual sale of an eLearning business. Additionally, Henry has served in leadership roles at Enterprise Study Ltd, Bray Leino Limited, Bray Leino Learning, and various other organizations, building partnerships and driving growth strategies. Henry's career began with a commission in the British Army and includes a solid educational background with a BA in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London, and leadership training from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
