Natelson Nascimento

Natelson Nascimento has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Natelson began their career as an Electronics Technician at Madis Rodbel, where they developed electronic projects and provided technical support. Natelson then worked as a Systems Analyst at Ventana Informática before joining Locaweb, a leading hosting company, where they started as a Systems Analyst and progressed to become a Software Development Manager and later a Web Product Manager.

After leaving Locaweb, Natelson worked as a Software Architect at IT Group, where they focused on non-production environments for systems like IMercado and Risk Systems. Natelson then joined Buzzero.com as an IT Coordinator, responsible for building a development and infrastructure team and implementing agile techniques for project management and software development.

Natelson's next role was at Lopes Consultoria de Imóveis, where they served as a Web Development Manager, building a multidisciplinary internet team and spearheading the development of a new real estate portal. Following this, they joined EloPar as a Software Architecture, where they built a system for running statistical models and automating calculation processes.

Most recently, Natelson Nascimento worked as a Software Architect at Arcos Dorados, McDonald's, in the business intelligence area. In this role, they led a team, chose the infrastructure for Big Data technologies, and focused on business analytics and integrating new data sources.

Natelson is currently working as a Software Engineer at ChangeCX, starting in 2022.

Natelson Nascimento has a diverse education history. Natelson completed their High School education at the Instituto Radial de Ensino e Pesquisa from 1995 to 1998, where they specialized as an Electronics Technician. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, starting in 2002. Natelson obtained this degree, but the end year is not specified.

In 2010, Natelson attended two short-term courses. The first course, focused on Agile management of software projects with Scrum, was completed at Caelum. The second course, focused on Planning and Project Management with PMI, was completed at Impacta Tecnologia.

Natelson then returned to the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in 2016 and obtained an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Engineering in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Natelson has obtained a certification in Programming Using Python from HackerRank in May 2022.
