Brian F. Wagner, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources, most recently serving as an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine. Previously, Brian held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at City First Bank. Brian's career includes significant roles at EagleBank as VP of Human Resources focused on performance management and employee engagement, as well as at BBVA in the USA where Brian served as SVP and Senior HR Business Partner, overseeing performance and talent management. Brian also contributed to talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives. Earlier in the career trajectory, Brian worked at BB&T as a VP and Senior Talent HR Partner/Advisor with a focus on leadership development and executive coaching, as well as serving as the Regional Employment Talent Leader and HR Manager.
