Gaurav Saini

Gaurav Saini has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Gaurav is currently the Co-founder & Chief Customer Officer at ChangeEngine, where they focus on elevating people leaders to deliver impactful employee experiences. Prior to this, Gaurav served as an Advisor at Nexla, a leader in unified data operations, and Movemedical, a SaaS solution for streamlining inventory operations in the medical device industry.

Gaurav also co-founded and served as the Managing Partner at GTM Venture Studio, where they provided services for market validation, product development, go-to-market strategies, talent acquisition, M&A support, and early-stage investment for SaaS startups.

Earlier in their career, Gaurav worked at WorkSpan as the Vice President of Sales Engineering & Business Strategy, where they led the Sales Engineering and Account Strategy team. Gaurav also held roles as the Vice President of Customer Success & Growth and Sr. Director of Growth at the company.

Before joining WorkSpan, Gaurav was the Director of Growth / Demand Generation at UserVoice, Inc., where they focused on driving growth and demand generation efforts.

Gaurav co-founded Salud Informatics, Inc., a software company that provided solutions to improve coordination and efficiency in hospitals. Earlier in their career, Gaurav worked as the Director of Marketing at Realization Technologies and held various marketing roles at RealPage, Inc. and Altius Education, Inc.

Throughout their career, Gaurav has demonstrated expertise in customer experience, data operations, inventory management, sales engineering, growth strategies, and marketing.

Gaurav Saini's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from San Jose State University. Gaurav attended the university from 2004 to 2007.
