Yasmeen Duncan

Yasmeen Duncan, MBA, MA, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Magnolia Bakery, where responsibilities include leading the brand's growth and expansion. Additionally, Yasmeen is a member of the Advisory Council for ChangeEngine and the Founder of The Sisterhood Society for Women of Color, a community support group focused on creating a safe space for women of color. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at CAMP, Director of Human Resources at Parker New York, and Executive Human Resource Manager at Lord & Taylor, among others in the human resources field. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Western Governors University, an MA in Counseling from Manhattan University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management from Alliance University.
