Frederik Tibau

Frederik Tibau is a Senior Expert in Digital Innovation & Growth with Agoria, where Frederik leads scale-up programs aimed at supporting the growth of Belgian startups. Concurrently, Frederik serves as a Project Manager and Growth Engineer for Scaleup Flanders, a prominent guidance program for digital and cleantech scale-ups, and as an Advisory Board Member for the Entrepreneurship Council of Stad Gent, contributing insights from the tech and startup community. Additional roles include mentoring positions with Startup Wise Guys and TNW, as well as serving on the advisory board for the SXSW Pitch event. Frederik's background also includes experience as Director of International Relations with SuperNova and Scale-Ups.eu, alongside expertise in workshop facilitation and coaching on internationalization for BECI's MeDoFly program. Frederik holds master's degrees in Communication Sciences and Journalism from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Erasmushogeschool Brussel, respectively.
