Randolf Grimsmo is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience across various sectors, including telecommunications, consulting, and digital services. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Grimsmo Consulting Ltd while also being an Associate at ChangeMaker Associates Ltd since October 2021, Randolf was previously with Three. for over four years in various senior project management roles, focusing on critical projects in RAN and Digital. Prior experience includes positions at Pearson, Telefonica O2 UK Ltd, Ericsson, Vodafone, and Sony Ericsson, where Randolf successfully managed high-budget projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Engineering Project Management from Lancaster University and a BEng in Electronic Engineering from Newcastle University.
