Gavin Wedell is the Founder & CEO of ChangePlan, a role they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Change Activation from September 2011, where they led a global team in developing organizational change management resources and facilitating change management programs for executives in multinational corporations. Gavin started their career as an Associate Producer at Bloomberg Television, where they completed a six-month internship, writing television news scripts, producing business news packages, and conducting interviews with financial analysts, economists, and corporate figures. Gavin also pursued an MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School from September 2010 to September 2011.
Gavin Wedell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney from 1998-2001. Gavin went on to earn an Honours degree in Psychology from UNSW, where they studied from 2002-2006. In 2010-2011, Gavin pursued an MBA with a concentration in Strategy & Marketing from the University of Cambridge. In 2012, they received the ACMP Member Badge from the Association of Change Management Professionals.
